(LZH) explore des m\u00e9thodes r\u00e9volutionnaires afin de surmonter les d\u00e9fis de l&#8217;oxydation dans le domaine de la m\u00e9tallurgie. L&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;un environnement sans oxyg\u00e8ne dans la fabrication additive et le brasage pourrait apporter des am\u00e9liorations significatives.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;oxydation est un probl\u00e8me bien connu dans le domaine de la m\u00e9tallurgie. Dans le cadre du projet de recherche sp\u00e9cial 1368 \u00abProduction sans oxyg\u00e8ne\u00bb, le LZH utilise une m\u00e9thode innovante pour \u00e9viter l&#8217;oxydation. Pendant la production, un gaz protecteur compos\u00e9 d&#8217;argon auquel est ajout\u00e9 du silane est utilis\u00e9 afin de cr\u00e9er une atmosph\u00e8re presque d\u00e9pourvue d&#8217;oxyg\u00e8ne, \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 celle d&#8217;un vide extr\u00eame (XHV). Cette approche est plus rentable que la r\u00e9alisation d&#8217;un vide technique.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de brasage fort au laser, les flux de brasage nocifs pour l&#8217;environnement sont \u00e9vit\u00e9s. Au lieu de cela, la couche d&#8217;oxyde est bris\u00e9e par une source laser puls\u00e9e dans le domaine des nanosecondes (laser nanoseconde) avant de proc\u00e9der au brasage sous atmosph\u00e8re de silane. Cette m\u00e9thode emp\u00eache la r\u00e9oxydation de la surface et permet le brasage d\u2019alliages d&#8217;aluminium sans couches d&#8217;oxyde. \u00c0 l&#8217;avenir, l&#8217;accent sera mis sur la liaison d&#8217;aluminium et de cuivre.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la fabrication additive, le groupe \u00e9tudie comment la poudre m\u00e9tallique se comporte dans un environnement sans oxyg\u00e8ne lors d\u2019un processus de fusion laser sur lit de poudre. La recherche se concentre sur l&#8217;alliage de titane Ti-6Al-4V. L&#8217;objectif est de comprendre et d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer le processus dans une atmosph\u00e8re sans oxyg\u00e8ne. Les premiers r\u00e9sultats montrent que l&#8217;absence d&#8217;oxyg\u00e8ne stabilise le processus, r\u00e9duit les \u00e9claboussures et am\u00e9liore la qualit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces.
